Hopefully GIANTS Software and publisher Focus Home Interactive will be bringing a far better version to portable devices later this year. It isn’t quite as boring as watching paint dry, but it will only hold your attention for as long as you want to watch grass grow. But it sadly falls apart as a game due to the lack of options, as the Vita version is severely limited console versions. Textures are of a low quality, the draw distance is hilariously bad, and you are forced to stare at watching ugly crops grow for hours on end.įarming Simulator 16 accomplishes its goal of allowing you to manage a virtual farm pretty well. In fact, it wouldn’t be a good looking game on the PSP, let alone the PlayStation Vita.

It also doesn’t help that Farming Simulator 16 is an ugly game. Here’s what PlayStation LifeStyle had to say about the sub-par version: The last game in the series to make its way to Sony’s handheld was Farming Simulator 16, which we reviewed back in 2015. Developed by GIANTS Software, Farming Simulator 18 brings a load of new features for virtual farmers to harvest fields from the palms of their hands! Immerse yourself in Farming Simulator 18, the premiere pocket farming experience in gaming! Farming Simulator 18 gives you access to a huge selection of over 50 farming vehicles and machines, faithfully recreated from over 30 of the biggest names in the industry, including AGCO’s most respected brands: Challenger, Fendt, Massey Ferguson and Valtra.
